Mind/Body Maintenance Massage

  • Designed for regular massage clients seeking a "full body" massage.  If you don't have any particular pain or areas of concern to work on, but want to have a more relaxing-oriented massage, select this option.  This session may incorporate aromatherapy, soothing massage techniques, craniosacral therapy, more time on feet, scalp, and neck, etc - the goal is to get you out of your head, provide the traditional benefits of massage (improved circulation, blood pressure, dopamine/serotonin production, immune system support, etc) and leave you refreshed and ready to enjoy a nice long nap when you get home!

Janelle clearly knows what she's doing and it's evident that she loves what she does and has an intuitive, educated, and professional talent in alleviating all types of body aches.  Out of many visits to different spaces (mostly overpriced ones thinking you get what you pay for), her techniques were the most therapeutic.. real "massage therapy."
I've been going to Janelle for quite a number of months now.  Due to going to the gym a lot each week, my muscles all over my body can become knotted and tender.  Since starting massage sessions with Janelle she's helped ease a lot of the pain and helped my body recover faster every time I got to her.  She's super knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves her job and really wants to help people get better.  She is a fantastic massage therapist, who listens to what you feel needs worked on or is causing the most problems.
I've been a massage therapist for many years and I can say that I've had a difficult time finding someone who has the knowledge, skill, and inherent gift for finding and effectively releasing the cause of dysfunction and chronic pain, like Janelle.
