Our main location is within a 2 minute drive of Virginia Beach Town Center. We are located in a quiet office complex with plenty of parking and easy access to Bonney Rd. Our location is completely handicap accessible and we have a hydraulic lift table to accommodate any physical limitations.
Our massage studio/office is calm and professional. At Kinetic Restoration we use high quality massage cream with a simple unscented formula. No one likes to leave a massage with oil in their hair! Each treatment room is fully equipped with hot stones, towel warmers, cupping supplies, and aromatherapy. That means your therapist will never have to step out during your massage session to retrieve additional supplies.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Appointments may be cancelled online with Vagaro, or by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment. There is no fee for canceling with more than 24 hours notice. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment or call with less than 2 hours notice, we charge 100% of the session price. We must be able to cover our expenses and loss of wages for holding this appointment. Failure to pay cancellation, no-show fees, and/or disputing credit card transactions to collect said fees will result in denial of future services. Appointment time durations cannot be changed within 24 hours. If you are late, your session time will not be extended. If you are sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please call us to cancel at 757-567-0546. Please respect our time and we will respect yours.
