Service Description

Practitioner-assisted and guided techniques to increase flexibility, mobility, and decrease nerve sensitivity. Techniques include contract-relax stretching, nerve mobilization/flossing, and dynamic mobility flows. Wear comfortable clothing and please leave a note if you have difficulty getting up or down from the floor. Can be performed on a table or on a floor mat.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled online through our website or by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment. There is no fee for canceling with more than 24 hours notice. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment or call with less than 2 hours notice, we charge 100% of the session price. We must be able to cover our expenses and loss of wages for holding this appointment. Failure to pay cancellation, no-show fees, and/or disputing credit card transactions to collect said fees will result in denial of future services. Appointment time durations cannot be changed within 24 hours. If you are late, your session time will not be extended. If you are sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please call us to cancel at 757-567-0546. Please respect our time and we will respect yours.
