Maura is the queen of deep pressure massage! She explained techniques she would like to try and always asked if it was okay to try. She kept a constant check on my well-being, making sure I was never uncomfortable. She is very knowledgeable and professional. No disappointment here!!

Maura uses the perfect amount of pressure and knows a variety of techniques. She addressed my primary area of concern immediately and everything afterwards was a bonus. Cupping and stretching were very helpful integrating into the massage. Different places use different cupping strategies, this was actually done right. My muscles finally have had the chance to relax

Maura has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. After receiving her bachelors of exercise science with a minor in dance and choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University, she studied massage therapy at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy. With extensive training in classical ballet as well as experience in various strengthening and conditioning exercises, Maura has been able to achieve a higher level of understanding of the body and how it works. She is pleased to offer bodywork such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, prenatal, as well as myoskeletal alignment techniques, and is able to apply variable pressure.
