Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled online through our website or by calling up to 24 hours before the appointment. There is no fee for canceling with more than 24 hours notice. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you fail to show up for your appointment or call with less than 2 hours notice, we charge 100% of the session price. We must be able to cover our expenses and loss of wages for holding this appointment. Failure to pay cancellation, no-show fees, and/or disputing credit card transactions to collect said fees will result in denial of future services. Appointment time durations cannot be changed within 24 hours. If you are late, your session time will not be extended.
